POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Adams & Green’s Policy is to provide our clients with only the best in top quality entertainment.  We select the best possible entertainers to fit your budget and submit them to you.

When you call Adams & Green, you will talk with an experienced agent who will find out exactly what type of entertainment you are looking for and what your budget is. 

This agent will then search the market for the best available entertainers for your event.  The agent will then put these entertainers on hold for you and send you their promotional material for your review.  You will know, while you are reviewing their promotional material, that they are available and you are not wasting your time looking at something that is not available on your date.

Once you select a particular entertainer or group, we will send you a contract.  This contract is binding between you and the entertainer and provides protection for both.  When you sign the contract and send it back with the required deposit, we then have the entertainer sign the contract and we return it to you.  At that point you are secure in knowing you have that entertainer engaged for your event. 

Adams & Green will follow up with you and the entertainer to be sure all the final details are worked out.  You will pay the entertainer the balance of the contract price at the engagement.
